1.) Amazon Freight services offers Less-than-Truckload (LTL) and Full-Truckload (FTL) shipping, using a 13.6m box for LTL and FTL and curtain-sided trailers for FTL only.
2.) FTL coverage includes the following EU countries: Germany (except North Sea and Baltic Sea islands), Poland, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Additionally, we ship within the United Kingdom (excluding Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland). We offer FTL services for goods shipped to any destination, including those which are not owned/ operated by Amazon.
3.) We offer LTL services in Germany, for goods shipped to Amazon Fulfillment Centers only. We are constantly expanding our network to service LTL to other Amazon Fulfillment Center destinations.

We transport your truckloads with 13.6m box or curtain-sided trailers. Spot shipments are loaded at pickup and unloaded at your delivery location. Additional equipment includes securing bars and straps. Our online tools allow all shippers to manage their shipments as needed. We offer dedicated Account Managers, and our customer support assists you around the clock.
Currently, we do not support multi-drop shipments, ocean freight, private shipments, open platform trailer shipments, freight forwarding, small parcel, private customer shipping, container transport, or loading and unloading with forklifts.
We operate in the following European countries: Germany (excluding North and Baltic Sea islands), Poland, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. We deliver to Amazon locations, your locations, and any other locations to bring your goods where they are needed. Recently, UK-registered companies can also book domestic transports through our EU website.
We currently transport most goods that can be shipped with 13.6m trailers for live loading and unloading. We do not transport hazardous materials (ADR), refrigerated goods, and other prohibited items. Once registered, you can see the full list of goods we currently do not transport in our terms and conditions.
No item should be larger than 63.5 cm x 63.5 cm x 63.5 cm unless it is the only item on the pallet, which should fit within the limits of a UK or EU pallet. Items over 31.5 kg and/or with pallet dimensions over 175 cm in length or 360 cm in circumference are considered heavy and bulky.
Maximum weight restrictions are:
• Palletised load <500 kg per pallet
• Loose load (clampable) <140 kg per piece
• Loose load (non-clampable) <45 kg per piece
Throughout Europe, H&B loads are shipped to 17 specialised FCs: DTM3, STR2, XDEA, XDEV, XGEB, BCN3, PESA, XIBA, XFRJ, XFRN, XITF, XITJ, FCO5, LTN7, DSA7, XUKA, XUKS.
Our online tools and self-service transportation management system help you manage your shipments as needed. Our trailers are equipped with GPS, providing you with real-time visibility, while the Amazon Relay App also offers real-time visibility for carriers and drivers.

All carriers in our network are pre-screened to meet our compliance standards regarding insurance, operating licences, and safety regulations. Our partner carriers must meet the same high standards, whether they are transporting your shipments or ours. Book shipments with just 24 hours’ notice or up to 10 days in advance. We require 24 hours’ notice for all shipments to properly schedule transport within our network.

We offer pallet exchange for all our shipments to Amazon locations in Germany and Poland. Pallet exchange is an additional feature that can be selected when booking transport to an Amazon location. Pallet movements are documented in a pallet account between you and Amazon Freight. Amazon Freight commits to returning the pallets to your warehouse by balancing the pallet account.
